Pre-selling - Not selling

Pre-selling is a concept created by Ken Evoy of Site Build it!. It is a way of selling without actually selling. It is learning to communicate what it is that you know and love to your readers without coming off as a sales person. People can tell when they are being sold to and will often resist being sold to.

Pre-selling is the process of building trust with your readers on your website so that they will immediately say something like "that is just what I need" and click the button or pick up the phone or whatever it is that is your most wanted response.
