The first words of advice from one of the first emails from SBI! after registering was not to skip the Intro Video. Right from the get go, SBI! tells you time and time again (in different ways) to follow their formula...you have the ideas (or what they call BAM, brains and motivation), they have the internet tools to leverage it. Their strategies and way of doing things really helps to streamline the whole process of figuring out a potentially successful site concept and begin the process of bringing it to fruition.
