Something is stirring in the world of work. People are finally realizing that real freedom comes in creating a business that reaches more people but each day they work less and less in the business. They are creating businesses that don't feel like work but seem like play because they enjoy what they are doing so much.

With all of the gloom and doom in the economy these days - how was it that I had the best year of my life financially and in so many other ways too?

Part of the answer is this website and a few other websites I have created on massage (my main profession) and this site - learning about how to create and build websites around things, ideas and products that you are passionate about and bring more meaning to your work and the world.

Our ideas of work have not progressed with the times. Today it is necessary to have multiple streams of income even if you have a stable job that pays well. At any moment it could all be taken away from you.

If you are like most, you never really thought about how much you would make in the career you were choosing. You also are struggling to get out of debt and have long forgotten what it is like to have passion for what you are doing or how to take a break and just have FUN!

The truth is... It can be a different way. It involves rediscovering your dreams and aspirations that were long ago set aside in order to work for a living. It involves becoming more aware of what exactly your financial needs are and learning about new ways to achieve your dreams and enjoy your life. It is about learning about your core beliefs about money and success and changing them by becoming financially intelligent so you can make better decisions.

While most of my information here is talking about how to find that through creating a website around a topic that you are an expert in and one that you love and are passionate about - whatever way you find to work less and play more will work.

My vision is to create a new idea of work that is good for you, better for the environment and even better for the world with you being a major contributor to changing our beliefs about work.
